Ice cream on a summer day with friends. Y’all… this is what it’s all about for us at Blue Scoop. Creating an opportunity and space for our neighbors and friends to celebrate life’s little (and big) moments.

We put our own family spin on this classic by starting with a salted, Dutch chocolate ice cream and then mixing marshmallows and roasted cashews into it. ‘Why cashews?’ you may ask… because cashews are Mr Blue’s fave. And if you’re going to give a flavor your family’s name… you might as well make it just like you want it!

We still love having a good giggle every time a guest tells us we spelled it wrong on our menu🤭

June at Blue Scoop means the return of the unrivaled queen of jello salads (at least in ice cream form)… Strawberry Pretzel🍓🥨💙

IYKYK but for the uninitiated, this ‘salad’ is exactly what the road to pot luck heaven is paved with.

You could find this jello joy in my mama’s (aka
‘Nana’, as in Nana’s Banana Pudding) big ol’ crystal bowl at just about every one of our family cookouts.

Blue Scoop’s version of this royal relic combines strawberry ice cream swirled with cream cheese and pieces of pretzel pecan crunch. It’s salty and sweet, crunchy and creamy and certainly delicious
