If you’ve spent much time at Splitshift, chances are you’ve met Jay.
We’re excited to announce that Jay has been promoted to General Manager of Splitshift!
Way back in 2024, Jay came highly recommended by Syd, one of our beloved OG Archetype Pizza team members. That recommendation has more than held up, and we love Syd for it. Jay has since become an essential part of what makes Splitshift work.
Jay cares about their coworkers, takes pride in the restaurant, and understands that great hospitality starts with the little things. More than anything, Jay is one of us. They operate on our wavelength and put our service culture at the forefront of everything they do.
For Jordan and Philip, handing over day-to-day operations is a big step (and maybe a little scary for two control freaks). But Jay has earned their trust, and they couldn’t be more proud to have Jay leading the team.
It also means more time to focus on refining the menu, improving food quality, and putting the best possible plates in front of our guests. More on that VERY soon.
Before Splitshift, Jay’s experience includes Primanti Brothers, Organic Remedies, and Ruby Tuesday (“unfortunately”, says Jay).

Outside of work: Hiking, photography, and their cats.
