Two students. One batch of sweet cream. And a whole lot of learning happening along the way!

At York Coffee Roastery, even everyday tasks like making our sweet cream are opportunities to practice teamwork, communication, following directions, measuring, and completing a job from start to finish.

These may seem like small moments, but they’re building real-world job skills, confidence, and independence that our students can carry into future employment. 🌟

And we have to say… learning teamwork while making something delicious isn’t a bad day at work!

Our students aren’t just watching or practicing, they are working. They’re learning real job responsibilities, following instructions, building independence, solving problems, and gaining the confidence that comes from knowing, “I can do this.” 🌟

Through MaxAbilities, we’re helping students build skills they can carry with them beyond our shop and into future employment.

•Patriots Blend | Light + Dark - Fruity aroma with a smooth finish and a little edge.
