An old friend started a food truck called The Pier on Wheels and I was lucky enough to be working at an event with him today. I didn't get any pictures because it's pouring so I stole a pic from his page.

I had the fish and chips and it was amazing. Definitely the best fish and chips I've ever had. Mike has been a chef for a long time and it shows. The fish, fries and all the homemade sauces are extremely tasty.

I love it when a business owner's passion for what they do shines through like this. You can tell Mike truly cares about the quality of his product.

Bev's Jamaican Cuisine makes some of the best food in the area ...

Running a small business takes a lot of time, energy, and sacrifice, so community support truly makes all the difference. If you would like to continue seeing me out there serving fresh food, I would really appreciate everyone coming out, showing love, sharing posts, telling friends, and supporting when you can.

We have had a busy week at DAIS! We are celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week!

Monday we kicked off with On My Grind Coffee! A huge thank you to Forrest for providing our teachers and staff with custom ordered coffees, smoothies, & teas!

He makes everything to order and we have over 140 in our building! Incredible!

We are so appreciative of your hard work in helping us treat our staff!

We thank our generous families for sponsoring a beverage for each staff member!!! Thank you!!!

Tomorrow will be another fun treat for our teachers and staff stay tuned!

I had the honor of treating teachers and staff at 13 schools this year!
