Today marks the start of a new round of Summertime Bites at Bridgewater.
This time around, we’re featuring the Gold Pretzel Melt — a grilled Bell & Evans chicken breast topped with melted cheddar cheese, bacon, and Carolina Gold BBQ, all served on a pretzel roll. Sweet, smoky, savory, and made for summer.
Joining it are our Meatball Sliders, packed with Italian-style meatballs simmered in rich marinara, topped with shaved Parmesan, and served on toasted brioche slider buns.

Today is all about celebrating the guys who taught us how to ride a bike, tell a terrible joke, fire up the grill, and somehow fix things with a single trip to the garage.
Bring Dad out for a meal, a cold drink, and some time spent together at Bridgewater Public House. After all, the best gift is making memories around the table.

Some say Bridgewater has the best sunsets around.

Honestly, we’re just happy to provide the seats.

There’s something about watching the day come to a close from the deck. The conversations get a little longer, the drinks last a little slower, and for a few minutes, everyone seems to forget about tomorrow.

Our latest feature is the Meatball Sliders—Italian-style meatballs simmered in rich marinara, topped with shaved Parmesan, and served on toasted brioche sliders.
