We had the privilege of hosting Vins d’Exception: four independent estates within LVMH united by an uncompromising standard of excellence.

For the first time, the principals of all four houses gathered in our dining room: Pierre-Olivier Clouet of Château Cheval Blanc, Lorenzo Pasquini of Château d’Yquem, Jacques Devauges of Domaine des Lambrays, and Ann Colgin of Colgin Cellars. Rare magnums and large formats were poured course by course—from Le Petit Cheval Blanc 2021 with Regiis Ova Reserve Caviar and Japanese Hamachi Sashimi; Domaine des Lambrays Puligny Montrachet 2021 with Grilled Scottish Langoustine; Clos des Lambrays Grand Cru 1999 and 2020 alongside Australian Black Winter Truffle “Agnolotti”; and Colgin Cellars “IX Estate” Syrah, 2010 and 2021, with a Gruyère Cheese Tartelette—to a Château d’Yquem Sauternes 1946 to close the evening.

Chef Thomas Keller, Chef de Cuisine, Ara Jo, and our entire team were honored to compose the menu around these extraordinary wines. And an enormous thank you to Cole Rockwell of Colgin Cellars, Sommelier Andrew Adelson and General Manager, Michael Minnillo—whose care and precision made the evening possible.

We invite you to join us in the dining room or courtyard to experience the Chef’s Tasting Menu or Vegetable Tasting Menu, each shaped by the height of summer’s harvest from the .

On Saturday, July 25th, we will host our Black Truffle & Caviar Dinner, featuring a multi‑course menu celebrating two of the season’s most exceptional ingredients.

A celebration of the community that has shaped this town. Yountville Night, held especially for those who call Yountville home, returned to our original 1994 menu price of $49, the year took over the restaurant. Guests joined us for a special seven-course tasting menu as a thank you to our neighbors. It was especially meaningful to share the evening with familiar faces, including friends from the Veterans Home. Thank you to everyone who joined us. We loved gathering around the table together.
