Named after Bouctouche Bay's original Mi'kmaq name, meaning "Great Little Harbour," these oysters are grown in pristine waters by farmers with more than 27 years of experience. The result is an exceptionally flavorful oyster with balanced salinity, large smooth meats, and a sweet, brothy finish.

Today is a bittersweet day at Bellflower 🫶

One of our favorite Argus Farm Stop team members, Rosie, made her final delivery to the restaurant today. Since we opened our doors in 2020, Rosie—and the entire Argus team—have been an important part of Bellflower’s story. Their dedication to supporting local food, local farmers, and small businesses has helped make what we do possible.

Beyond the deliveries, Rosie always brought kindness, positivity, and a genuine sense of community with her. Those small interactions week after week became a meaningful part of life at Bellflower.

We are incredibly grateful for everything she has done for us over the years and wish her nothing but success and happiness in her next adventure.

Thank you, Rosie, for all you’ve done. We’ll miss seeing you at the back door each week.
