This weeks special is Caprese Chicken. A seasoned chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella cheese and tomatoes topped with more melted mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and a balsamic glaze. The vegetable for this week is Caulilini with garlic herb olive oil. Tonight’s soup is Zuppa Toscana. Can’t wait to see all your beautiful faces! Happy Tuesday.
