It didn’t start as just a waffle…
it started as an idea.

We wanted something different.
Something that made people stop, look, and say
“wait… what is THAT?”

That’s when we found inspiration from a small café called The Exchange — De Pere Wisconsin
and brought that idea all the way back to the desert.

But we didn’t just copy it…
we made it ours.

We turned it into The Buzz Waffle 🐝 —
a crispy, golden bubble waffle with just the right balance of sweet + savory.

We added:
• Espresso butter ☕
• Espresso syrup
• A drizzle of hot honey 🍯
• And built it into a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, and cheese

Because around here, we don’t just make food…
we make something you remember.
