For 190 years, the Torchlight Procession has served as a powerful reminder of the resilience, heritage, and community spirit that continue to shape the British Virgin Islands.

On 27 July 2026, lantern bearers, musicians, community groups, and residents will come together to honour the legacy of emancipation and celebrate a tradition that has connected generations.

As we mark this significant milestone, we invite you to take part in the procession and help carry this story forward.
