🎉 CẢM ƠN DELIVIE & VIỆN PHÁP – HÀNH TRÌNH KẾT NỐI ĐẦU TIÊN CÙNG CLUB DES AMIS 🎉

Với vai trò là cầu nối văn hoá giữa cộng đồng Pháp – Việt, Club Des Amis rất vui khi được đồng hành cùng Delivie và Viện Pháp tại Việt Nam trong buổi workshop làm bánh đầu tiên dành cho các bé học viên.

Trong không khí ấm cúng và đầy tiếng cười, các bé không chỉ được tự tay làm bánh crepe Pháp mà còn học thêm nhiều từ vựng mới, hiểu hơn về nguyên liệu và nét đặc trưng trong văn hoá ẩm thực Pháp – tất cả thông qua trải nghiệm thực tế và gần gũi.

En tant que passerelle culturelle entre les communautés francophones et vietnamiennes, Club Des Amis a eu le plaisir de collaborer avec Delivie et l’Institut Français du Vietnam pour organiser notre tout premier atelier pâtisserie destiné aux jeunes apprenants.

Dans une ambiance chaleureuse et joyeuse, les enfants ont découvert les bases de la crêpe française tout en s’amusant : manipuler les ingrédients, apprendre des mots en français, et surtout, vivre une expérience gourmande et éducative.

Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement :
🥐 Delivie – une boulangerie artisanale qui incarne parfaitement l’esprit de partage et de passion, pour son accueil chaleureux et son organisation impeccable.

Une rencontre inattendue – Un souvenir inoubliable avec nos amis de l’Institut Français 🇫🇷🌿

Il y a des rencontres qui arrivent de façon tout à fait naturelle, comme si elles étaient écrites depuis toujours. La semaine dernière, par un midi ensoleillé, nous avons croisé par hasard quelques enseignants de l’Institut Français dans un petit restaurant tout près de leur établissement.

Tout a commencé par quelques échanges simples autour des petits riens de la vie… Et très vite, une belle surprise : ils se sont montrés très enthousiastes à l’idée du Club des Amis – un espace d’échange culturel, un lieu de connexion sincère entre la France et le Vietnam.

Une semaine plus t**d, ils sont venus au restaurant – le siège principal de notre club – cette fois accompagnés de plusieurs collègues. Réunis autour d’une table conviviale, les langues se sont mêlées : le français, le vietnamien, mais surtout les sourires et les regards complices qui en disaient long sans avoir besoin de mots.

Ils nous ont parlé de leur travail, de leur quotidien au Vietnam, de tout ce qui les fait aimer ce pays : la richesse humaine, les plats savoureux, le rythme de vie parfois chaotique, parfois apaisant.

Ils ont dégusté des croissants au beurre faits à la main par notre chef français, avec des ingrédients haut de gamme importés directement de France. Ils ont siroté du thé Shan Tuyết, originaire des montagnes du Nord – un thé rare issu de théiers centenaires – et goûté à quelques plats végétariens à la fois délicats et pleins de caractère.

Ce qui nous a le plus touchés, c’est cette remarque pleine de sincérité :
« Nous ne pensions pas qu’un lieu aussi élégant et chaleureux se trouvait juste à côté de l’Institut Français. »

Pour nous, ce moment n’était pas simplement une rencontre – c’était un début, comme une petite graine plantée, une promesse silencieuse de futurs échanges et de moments culturels inspirants.

Merci à ce hasard heureux qui nous a rapprochés de si belles personnes.
Merci pour ce doux souvenir que nous garderons précieusement dans nos cœurs. 💛

A Heartwarming Encounter in Hanoi – Club Des Amis

One beautiful afternoon at the Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts, Mr. Dũng — a gentleman who spent over 40 years living in France — happened to meet a French couple wandering through the streets of Hanoi. A simple conversation in French quickly blossomed into a special bond. They happily exchanged WhatsApp numbers, and from that day on, the couple sent photos every day of the places they had discovered across the city.

A few days later, after learning about the founding idea behind Club Des Amis, they came to 26 Trần Bình Trọng. Their visit began with a cup of ancient Shan Tuyết black tea — delicate and fragrant — followed by a croissant, lovingly crafted by a French baker using imported ingredients. They were astonished: the taste carried them straight back to their homeland. Then came the naturally fermented baguette, served with homemade plum jam — a simple yet profound moment of joy, finding a true taste of France right here in the heart of Hanoi.

As conversations flowed, they shared their lives with warmth and sincerity. The wife, an architect, still pursues her career with passion, while the husband — retired in his early fifties — devotes his days to helping those with Down syndrome and singing for elderly residents in nursing homes.

They have a house in France and another on Koh Samui island in Thailand. Each winter, when the cold sets in back home, they journey to the warmth of Asia. The husband's life philosophy resonates deeply with Buddhist teachings — giving generously, finding happiness in sharing, and welcoming each new day with a smile.

Years ago, they owned a château in the French countryside, which they transformed into a restaurant — but it was more than just a place to dine. It became a place where strangers met, solo travelers found companions, and countless new friendships were born.

It is these gentle, beautiful encounters that Club Des Amis was created for.
