Puku — sesame and tamarind, sweet and sour, made with lightness. Puku means kid in Tibetan, for our childhood in Dharamsala. The Himalayan — Dalle Khursani chili from the Himalayan hills. Heat with rugged character. The Tibetan Flame — fiery fermented chili, for those who know what they’re asking for.

We received so many requests for an alternative to our beloved beef version, and we are finally ready to share it with you.
We are also debuting our new Tingmo, a soft and fluffy Tibetan steamed bun that pairs perfectly with the savory Shapta.

• Shogo Khatsa (spiced potatoes)
• Bhindi Masala (okra)
• Buttery scrambled eggs
• Yogurt with honey
• Your choice of Tibetan Butter Tea or Masala Chai.
