"Amazing cooking class the best we’ve done on our travels. We made three classic Vietnamese dishes; Bún Bò Huê, Bánh Bèo and Banana flower salad. All three were delicious and I feel confident enough to make myself now especially and we got to keep a small recipe booklet. The whole family were loverly while welcoming us into their home to show us their cuisine, you can feel that they are extremely passionate about their cooking and culture. As it’s low season is two were the only ones in the class which was also great as we got to go at our own pace without feeling rushed. If you’re in Hue and enjoying the cuisine definitely stop in at Madame Tran’s for a class"
