One catch… the tenderloin only slices into 8 portions, so if you’re coming for the beef, best get in early!

A quick note about today’s Orange-Honey Glazed Ham 🍊🍯

A few of you mentioned that the ham was a little fattier than expected.

That’s fair feedback. For today’s batch, we used pork shank, which has a good amount of collagen and connective tissue. Some of that can look like fat, but it’s actually what gives the meat its tenderness and rich flavour when slow-cooked.

That said, we hear you. We’ll find a leaner cut next time while keeping the same flavour and juiciness.

One thing everyone seemed to agree on though… the orange-honey glaze was an absolute winner 😄

Thanks for the feedback, and thanks for helping us make each Sunday roast a little better.
