We just wanted to check in since it’s been a bit since our last update.
We’re still working hard to get Galaxy Snax back up and running after our hot water tank burst and flooded the shop. Unfortunately, the damage ended up being much more extensive than we originally thought, so the repair process has been frustratingly slow. Right now we’re waiting on drywall repairs and new flooring before we can finally start putting everything back together.
After seeing all of the flooding around Boardman yesterday, we’re heading over to the shop today to make sure we don’t have any additional damage. Fingers crossed.
To be honest, we’re more than ready to get back. As a small family business, being closed has been incredibly difficult, and we miss seeing all of our amazing customers more than you know. Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, and for continuing to check in on us… it truly means the world.
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and we promise we’ll keep everyone updated as soon as we have a better idea of our reopening timeline.
We can’t wait to open our doors and see all of your faces again 🖤✨
