NEW THIS WEEK — Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip

I spent some extra time experimenting in the kitchen this week, and this one was worth it.

My new Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie starts with deeply browned butter and a blend of creamy and crunchy natural peanut butter for a rich, roasted peanut flavor without making the cookie heavy or overly sweet.

Dark brown sugar and a touch of honey keep the center soft and chewy, while plenty of chocolate chips bring chocolate into every bite.

The result? A thick, quarter-pound cookie with crisp golden edges, a soft peanut-buttery center, little bits of peanut crunch, and plenty of chocolate.

This week’s weather is looking pretty rough for a pop-up.

I’m keeping an eye on Friday and MIGHT be able to squeeze in a pop-up if the weather cooperates — but right now, I wouldn’t count on it.

If you want cookies this week, ordering online is your best bet! Place your order for Thursday evening pickup, rain or shine, and you won’t have to gamble on the Florida weather.
