I know I haven't posted in a while, I've been busy working outside my business and in the background of my business doing quotes, images and making orders, which I will share over the coming weeks.

But here is a gorgeous Sunflower Cake I made for Emily's birthday. She wanted Bright sunflower colours and sunflowers for her birthday. A couple of caramel macarons and a Gold Happy Birthday topper to finish it off.

I have been a little quiet on my socials lately. I have been busy in my business with wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cookies and edible images, but I have also been busy outside my business with work and study.

Well yesterday I officially finished my Certificate IV in Health Care and am now a qualified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).

2022 has been an adventure for me. Started off slow but has finished with a couple of big bangs 🎉 and achievements. Can't wait to see what 2023 has install for me.

I had the pleasure of making this cake and cupcake tower for Toukley Golf Clubs 50th anniversary celebration. 120 x vanilla cupcakes in gold wrappers with vanilla bean buttercream rosette frosting, touches of edible gold leaf and custom edible images. Along with a cutting cake with textured buttercream finish and custom cardstock "Cheers to 50 years" topper by Mudda Cake.

How gorgeous is this beach themed 50th birthday cake. Soft blue and white buttercream finishes with fondant shells, starfish and sea urchins topped off with a silver mirror acrylic topper by Webster Enterprises.
