As many of you know, our trailer is much smaller than our ice cream shop, which means we only have room for 8 flavors at a time. We know many of you were used to choosing from 30+ flavors when visiting the shop, and we understand that your favorite may not always be available on the trailer.

We’re doing our best to rotate flavors and bring a variety of favorites whenever we can. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support while we work with the space we have. 🍨

Looking back on what 5 Scoops was, to what it is now, is heartbreaking. We put our hearts and souls into making it a beautiful place for people to enjoy. I am trying to operate the trailer as much as possible. I just still need time to adjust to losing the shoppe. It's a very difficult time for me. I will be open this week for sure!
