🍓We're inviting local producers to come & join us for a monthly farmer's market at the farm!
We're are guaging interest, so let us know what you produce & we'll see what we can do! 🥕🥚🥩🧀🥖

I will relaunch my pie & pasties range and we'll aim to not double up on any stalls 🥧

🌳Potentially starting as a trial on 1st Saturday of the month from August in line with the cafe, garden & woods opening, ending for the season November 7th in conjunction with our Christmas market!🌳

If successful, we'll set up for the full season from February next year!

Stall £20 + proof of business insurance (public & product liability).

The garden is looking amazing after the storm, the woods are cool, the free cream teas have nearly sold out already so back to the kitchen I go! 🍓

There are plenty of shady seating areas in Bates Green Garden, the woods & the café! This weather tends to curb our appetite, but if you take up our FREE CREAM TEA offer with your paid garden entry, we can exchange the hot tea/coffee for an iced coffee or cold drink from the fridge! 🍓🧊

We will also refill your water bottles to keep you hydrated! 💧

Beatons Wood, also known as Arlington Bluebell Wood has delighted thousands of visitors since 1972. Having lived here his whole life (nearly 90 years), John McCutchan has seen firsthand the wellbeing benefits that come from simply spending time here. He would love to share this with all of you!💚

24 acres of ancient oak & hornbeam woodland with wide, level paths & plenty of seating makes it fully accessible for all!🌿 We have a large number of free to hire mobility scooters and one unique two person scooter, available to hire for just £5!

Our onsite café is run by resident caterers Bay Tree Foods who provide a selection of breakfast, brunch & lunch options as well as homemade cakes & cream teas 🍓

🌿We are now offering pre-booked group bookings to the woods for
only £2pp Wednesdays & Saturdays until we close for the season October 28th.🌿

Plenty of parking for coaches, fully accessible toilets & dogs welcome!
