This week’s menu, cooked fresh & available for Friday collection or delivery.

Lasagnes – all made from scratch with home made pasta:
- Beef Lasagne
- Chicken Lasagne
- Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni

Available in:
500g – R165 (serves 1–2)
1.2kg – R390 (serves 3–4)
3kg – R975 (serves 6-8)

Soups:
- Homemade Chicken Broth – R95 per litre
- Thai Butternut Soup with coconut cream & lemongrass – R95 per litre

- Meal of the Week – R240 per person: Pulled Greek lamb and chicken tikka. Served with home made laffa, tzatziki, herb slaw and Mediterranean potato wedges

It’s been great to be back in the kitchen today - sadly the circumstances required bereavement meals for a family facing very a difficult time, but a kind friend has ordered some meals to take one less thing off their plate. We’re back and better than ever — with fresh, exciting menus and bold new flavours designed to blow you away.

I’m also thrilled to share that I’ll be working alongside Preeti from The Culinary Project. Over the past three years, she and I have collaborated to create extraordinary culinary experiences all over Cape Town, and now I’m ready to return to Litchi full-time.

Beautiful Pesach dinner with one of favourite clients, buffet spread that included some of our favourites
Moroccan lamb loin chops with cumin, honey, coriander dressing
Chicken picatta (with matzo crumb) served with white wine, lemon caper sauce
Beetroot, fennel, apple, caramelised saltanas and sunflower seeds
Roasted eggplant with tahini sauce, spiced almonds and parsley
