BREAKING NEWS FROM Clementines Clarens 🐾
This just in…Clementines' resident feline CFO (Chief Feline Officer), Ginja has been hard at work counting the donated money from the Matchbox Project this morning. Unfortunately, with four paws he states that balancing the books has proven to be a rather demanding and tiring task.
Sources close to management report that Ginja has formally requested access to additional treats, an extended nap schedule, and more flexible working hours to cope with the mounting pressures of high finance.
Insiders say negotiations have stalled after Ginja rejected the initial offer of two biscuits and a sunny windowsill, insisting on a comprehensive benefits package that includes unlimited snacks and daily belly rubs.
At the time of publication, Ginja was unavailable for comment, having clocked off early for an emergency cat nap - see picture for proof!
But seriously, we remain incredibly grateful to Shelley, Mark, and the entire Clementine’s team for shining a spotlight on the work we do and for continuing to help us raise much-needed funds.
Their ongoing support enables us to provide essential veterinary care, treatment, and hope to animals who would otherwise go without.😸🐾
P.S. If you're heading to Clarens anytime soon, make sure Clementines Clarens is on your list! Delicious food, outstanding service, a beautiful atmosphere, and of course the chance to meet the one and only Ginja🧡🧡🧡
