Part-Time Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and trustworthy part-time Administrative Assistant to join our family-run restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process weekly/monthly staff salaries.
• Prepare and maintain staff employment contracts
• Reconcile stock counts and investigate variances.
• Assist with stock control administration.
• Maintain accurate employee and payroll records.
• Prepare VAT reconciliation.
• Capture invoices on the POS system.
• Prepare monthly Debtors and Creditors reports for payment.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:
• Previous administration, bookkeeping, experience.
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office
• Part-time, approximately 2–3 days per week
