Thursday Tradition at Meet@Sea

Every Thursday, Chef Matteo shares a dish that’s close to his heart – his family’s traditional Tripe Milanese recipe.

Slow-cooked beef tripe in a rich, comforting tomato stew, finished with Grana Padano and served with toasted ciabatta. It’s authentic Italian comfort food that truly hits all the right notes this winter.
