Today's Sourdough Baking Class was packed with smiles, great conversation, plenty of hands-on learning, and the delicious smell of freshly baked artisan bread. From complete beginners to enthusiastic home bakers, everyone rolled up their sleeves and created something special.

There's nothing quite like pulling your very own sourdough loaf from the oven... and yes, it tastes even better when you've made it yourself!

What an incredible morning we had! From mixing and shaping to scoring and baking, everyone got stuck in and discovered the magic behind authentic artisan sourdough. There were plenty of laughs, a little flour flying through the air, and a whole lot of beautiful bread coming out of the oven!

The best part? Everyone went home with the skills (and confidence!) to bake amazing sourdough at home. ❤️
