My new experiment 🤩

Apple and Custard Turnovers.

Think Empanada, but with sweetened pastry, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar 😁

I am super happy with the result.

What else can you find on tomorrow's menu?

-NY Style Cheesecake (will make it until requests for it runs out 🙃)
-Walnut, Macadamia and Ginger Tarts
-Cherry Bakewell Tarts
-Apple and Custard Turnovers 👆🏼
-Blueberry Scones (I had 2 last Saturday 🤫 so delish)

-Coconut and Lemon Cake Bars (coconut sponge with homemade Lemon Curd)
