Dear Facebook family & friends
So I had made a promise to explode your taste buds this festive season, by taking you on a Culinary Adventure. Beginning on our continent Africa, and then around the world. My Spice Blends, Organic Herb Range and Infused Oils is the only passport you will need to explore new aromas and flavours.

But our journey begins in the ""Mother City", Cape Town, where my maternal Grandma, Aunty P**a, worked as a domestic and cook. She brought back the "Cape Malay Spices" and introduced the family in Sophiatown to a whole new world of flavour.
Today my sister, Kitty Mohamed has kept the tradition and I have aptly named the spice in her honour....."Kitty's Cape Malay Mix".
We have taken the guess work out of how much of which spice to use, by giving you a hand made, customised blends of South African and the World's favourite flavours. Follow my daily posts with information on the range and feel free to share your own "Spice Stories".
