Our coffee shop is closed permanently but that doesn't mean we haven't been busy!

Last week we had the honor of baking 220 mini quiches and 220 cupcakes for a very special function held here in Kleinmond.

This was followed by a few cheesecakes, a Carrot Cake, some more quiches, a chicken pie or two and a week's worth of lunch catering for a training session.... And here we were thinking we'll "take it easy".
