Tonight's Braai for Tamarah and her two children reminded me again why I absolutely love what I do.

To share stories of adventures, travels and traditions with guests from all around the world, to meeting new friends and sharing my passion.

Thank you ChaBo lodge for the support, and allowing me the privilege to cater for your guests.

Tamarah and her beautiful children chose a simple braai menu with Lemon and Herb marinated Beef Fillet Kebabs, Lamb Chops and BBQ DeBoned Chicken Thighs. With sides of Greek Salad, Potato Salad and Garlic Ciabatta. Last but not least, my favorite and turned out theirs too....Crème Brulé.

The evening was just perfect, with Hippos and Elephants calling from the river, and Kudu, Impala and Bushbuck coming by to say hello before the sun set.

Lee's Catering had the pleasure and privilege to cater for Scott's student group, second year in a row at Luxury Guesthouse Co.

The group of 29 guests enjoyed open vehicle safaris with Bushwise Safari Lodge Kruger Park daily with their breakfast packs, then returned to the Riverlodge house in the afternoons to relax by the pool and boma area. The breathtaking sunsets and sounds of active Hippos each evening was an added bonus to enjoying their dinners under the open starry skies on the deck.

Thank you for the continued support. And for the assistance from the amazing team.

The entire set up right on the riverfront with spectacular views and wildlife roaming around is perfect. With private Luxury Accommodation and Activities available.
