The End of an Era.
After 35 years, Beavers Port Alfred will be closing on Tuesday 10 January 2017. Beavers was the late Keith Wilmot's passion, and he was the soul of the place. It is certainly the end of an era.
The new owners of the centre are planning a major revamp, and this will certainly add a lot of value to Port Alfred.
The Wilmot Family would like to thank all loyal customers for your support over the years. Please continue to support us at the Bean and Olive (previously known as Root 72) in the Beavers Complex.
And don't worry, your favourite pies will be back...............

All good things come to an end and it is time to say goodbye, au revoir, sala kahle, totsiens! Beavers will close its doors on the 10th January 2017 after 35 years of serving you 24/7...365! Thank you all for your support and we hope you will continue to support us for the last few days. Please come and enjoy all your favourites....chicken strips, burgers etc for the last time. AND...watch this space for specials...Don't miss out whilst stocks last

There is no doubt that my Evelyn makes the finest roosterbrood in the land.....they are plump and super soft - great plain but my favourite is bacon and cheese....perfect meal for the family if you're back from the beach and don't want to cook. But hurry coz they go literally like hot cakes and a whack just came out the bakery:)....and breaking news...tonight after 11pm you can have.......yes PIZZA!!!!

Beavers welcomes all the schools from around the country who are participating in the annual boat races sponsored by Standard Bank. We wish everyone lots of luck and a very happy stay in Port Alfred. Remember to make a turn at Beavers for one of our famous pies and of course our other speciality...chicken strips and chips for just R35.
