Hey Burger Fam, this Thursday, we’re changing it up and having a break from Ramen… and making the most amazing and authentic Thai Green Curry instead 😋

Tender boneless chicken thighs in a rich and wonderfully fragrant coconut curry sauce with Thai eggplant, snow peas, bamboo shoots, lime leaves and basil… served with a side of soft and fluffy jasmine rice and extra chilli for those who like it spicy.

It’s Ramen Thursday 🍜

This week we’re making an all chicken Shio Ramen 😋 Shio is a clear style of ramen that uses less soy sauce and more salt and natural umami boosters like kelp, shiitake, dried anchovies and bonito flakes. The resultant broth is not fishy at all but rather a perfectly balanced and deeply satisfying broth that captures the essence of chicken with great body.

Topped with crispy fried chicken, Ajitama egg and spring onions it’s light, wholesome, absolutely delicious and just the thing for a chilly winter’s evening.

This Ramen Thursday, we’re making Shio Ramen with a crispy chicken topping 🍜

Hey Burger Fam, join us on Thursday from 4pm for the most delicious Shio (salt) ramen. This is tonkotsu’s lighter (but equally delicious) cousin and is make from an 8-hour chicken broth and seasoned with salt, kombu seaweed, smoked bonito flakes and shiitake mushrooms 😋

Clear, yet full of flavour and collagen for body, it really is yummy and full of goodness.
