Don’t you just love a good collaboration? This past weekend we yet again experienced the beauty of working with Stettyn Family Vineyards as part of their

On Saturday afternoon they put in a last minute order for croissants with a special filling for their VIP guests to enjoy on Sunday morning.

We used some amazing products from a variety of our traders and the ever so friendly Sanet and Christopher from The Wanderer put it all together for them.

We used the following…
👉Artisan Cream Cheese made by Zhana and Peter from Bolgari Cheese
👉Brinjal Chutney made by Marilize and André from Nostalgie
👉Artisan Cured Coppa by Gregory from Begk's Smoked Food
👉 Freshly Picked Rocket and Edible flowers from Ansie and Arco’s garden who runs the pancake stand - Vars Gebak in die Boland

🥐 Freshly Baked croissants were from Ou Meul Du Toitskloof

🥐 Normally we would use croissants from either Daly Bread or who trade with us, but because of the artisan nature of their product and the last minute order we had to make alternative arrangements.
