From one hospitality team to another… 🍸🇳🇴
One of our favourite things about travelling is visiting venues that are redefining what excellence looks like in our industry.
This week we had the privilege of spending time at Himkok in Oslo, a bar that has earned international recognition and regularly features among the world’s best cocktail destinations. Their passion for craftsmanship, innovation, sustainability and guest experience is evident in every detail.
As operators ourselves, it’s always inspiring to step into businesses that challenge convention and do things differently. Whether it’s a world-renowned cocktail bar in Norway or a craft beer destination in Stellenbosch, there is always something to learn, ideas to share, and inspiration to take home.
Hospitality is at its best when we learn from one another.
