Comfort food, but make it farm fresh 🍲🌿

Customer Claudia Fabian, our resident vintage clothing fashionista, created this beautiful velvety cauliflower soup using fresh local ingredients, served with slices of our fresh Raats Wholewheat Sourdough and a generous smear of our signature Dhanja Chutney — specially created for us by Chef Daniel Trent.

And yes… that chutney has a delicious little bite to it 🔥😄

Fresh produce. Artisan bread. Awesome flavour. That’s what Saturdays at Raats are all about.

Produced by the Viglietti family near Stellenbosch, this is the kind of olive oil made to be shared around a table with family and friends — simple, authentic and full of flavour.
