The staff at Peppermill Cafe generally love what they do! Meet Meredy one of our front of house staff.

She has a laugh that can light up the café before the sun even hits the treetops. She grew up watching the ocean with her grandfather who taught her to read the weather and trust her instincts, skills she now uses to read a room and make her guests feel right at home.

This particular one is made with seasonal vegetables including broccoli, cauliflower and butternut that are roasted in the pizza oven. It is topped with a basil pesto and mozzarella melt.

You know the food is good when they eat the same thing every time!

Two of our regular customers enjoying their pork belly ribs and eisbein. The pork belly ribs are marinated in a smokey BBQ sauce served with chips and salad. While the eisbein is roasted and served on a bed of stir fried vegetables, mash potato and gravy.
