The Ministry of Tourism is proud to support Zonkindawo Zambia as they host the renowned South African Chef Andile Somdaka personal chef to the late President Nelson Mandela and former President Thabo Mbeki and a MasterChef South Africa judge.
Join us from 21st–22nd October 2025 at the Zambia Vocational Entrepreneurship College for an exclusive Two-Day Culinary Masterclass and on 23rd October 2025 at Ciela Resort for the prestigious “Dine Like Mandela Culinary Experience”, graced by the Honourable Rodney Sikumba, MP, Minister of Tourism.
