Key Responsibilities
•Interacting with customers.
•Handle the day to day customer
transactions.
•Taking customer orders and assisting
them with processing payments.
•Maintaining and balancing cash and reconciling any discrepancies.
•Assist kitchen in preparation of basic dishes.
•Putting takeout orders in containers or
bags.
•Assist in clearing tables.
•Follow health and safety guidelines.
•Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of
the front of the house.

Qualification
•Grade 12 certificate
•Hospitality related certification is an
added advantage.

Requirements
•Pleasant and friendly personality.
•Good customer service skills.
•Team player
•Sober character

•Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies
and notify chef when items need
restocking
•Follow health and safety guidelines in
food handling and sanitation

Requirements

•Grade 12 certificate
•Certificate in food production or related
field is an added advantage
•Knowledge of local zambian foods
•Must be physically fit
•Willingness to learn and contribute as •part of a team
•Ability to work in fast paced environment
