Dinner Time.
families that dine together, tend to eat more vegetables and fruits,and fewer fried foods, soda, and foods with trans fats,When younger kids frequently eat dinner with their families, they are less likely to be overweight than other children..and here is a quick recipe for you.

Ingredients
1 Cups Rice
1/2Cup Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Green beans
1 /2Cup Carrots
1 medium sized Tomato
1 Small Onion
2 Table spoons cooking oil
Salt
Garlic sauce
Sweet chilli sauce

Method
1) Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in rice and salt and return to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook until rice is tender and has absorbed all the liquid, 16 - 18 minutes (check only toward the end of cooking time).

2) Steam the the carrots green beans and mushrooms.
Method
Add a few inches of water to a steamer (or large pot with a steamer insert) and bring to a boil. When water starts to boil and steam.
add the carrots and steam for 3 minutes. Then add green beans and mushroom then steam for 4-5 minutes more, or until all the vegetables are cooked.
After the vegetables are cooked quickly cool by blanching in ice-cold water, then drain well.

4) Heat up a medium saucepan add cooking oil to the heating pan, then add your clean chopped onions let it brown before adding the tomatoes.

4)Add the tomatoes to the onion and let it simmer until its cooked then add the clean chopped steamed vegetables.

Tip) you can add any sauce of your choice when serving.
