Some of the best memories in life are the little moments.

Sitting at the table together. The smell of food in the kitchen. A warm hug after a long day. Hearing “have you eaten?” before anything else.

And somehow, mums are always at the centre of those memories.

They give so much of themselves in ways words can never fully explain, through care, sacrifice, strength, and unconditional love. Even in the exhausting days, they keep showing up for everyone around them.

Autumn is doing something to us.

The mornings are getting cooler. The light is getting golden. And suddenly all we want is a big stack of pancakes with maple syrup and nowhere to be.

Good news: our Gluten-Free Pancake Mix is fluffy and delicious.

(And before you ask: yes, non-coeliacs are obsessed with them too. We’ve seen it and we’re loving it!)

All you need is the mix + water (or your milk of preference) + eggs (or a banana if you want it vegan) + a pan. A few minutes later you’re staring at a stack that looks like a Sunday morning should.

What goes on yours? Berries and cream? Nutella? Just butter and maple syrup like a normal person?

Most Australians haven't. And honestly? That's the most exciting food problem we can think of.

It's crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, 100% gluten-free, takes less than 5 minutes to make, and costs less than a coffee.

It's not new. It's been Brazil's favourite street food for generations. It's just somehow never made it to your kitchen.

We're a young family on the Sunshine Coast who fell completely in love with tapioca, and we've been obsessed with sharing it with Australia ever since!
