es and other corporate functions. Our menu is a celebration of seasonal Australian produce and ingredients while honouring classic Italian flavours and cooking techniques. We pride ourselves on using the freshest, locally sourced seasonal seafood, meat, poultry, fruit, vegetables and ingredients as well as the finest Italian ingredients to create delicious, mouthwatering dishes. Our menu changes seasonally and there are always wonderful dishes to try on our specials menu, which changes daily. Our range of pastas, bread, grissini, gelato, desserts and condiments are all made in house by our dedicated chefs. Some of our most celebrated dishes that have appeared on the menu for over 20 years include Yellow Fin Tuna Carpaccio, Fresh Figs wrapped in San Danielle Prosciutto served with a warm gorgonzola sauce, Tagliolini with WA Crab meat, Wood fired Western Australian Scampi and our famous Long Line Snapper baked in a Salt Crust. Our bar and beverage menu features an extensive selection of Australian and Italian wines, beers, cocktails and beverages to compliment any dish and meal.
