Half of any dish's appeal is in the visuals, and how you bring together those visuals in the careful placement of each element, balancing colour, structure and symmetry. Settle in for SMOKE & SLOW at Pastuso.

From June 1st to August 31st, our chefs will be firing up the smoker to create a rotating lineup of slow-smoked meat specials, available daily until sold out. Expect premium cuts, smoky cocktails, bold Latin flavours and comforting dishes designed for Melbourne's colder months.

With new meats, seasonal ingredients and low-and-slow techniques featured throughout the season, no two visits will be quite the same.
