Something new just hit the bar. And it’s very, very good. 🍹We’ve partnered with for Serves of the State: a limited-edition cocktail menu built from Victorian spirits, local flavour, and genuine craft. Available now through to 14 June. Come in and try the menu before it’s gone.

Building a pub on one of Melbourne’s most iconic corners was never going to be simple. When we opened Springrock Public Bar in July 2024, we wanted it to feel like it had always belonged here …. the kind of place you wander into for one drink and end up staying a while!

Every detail was considered. The horseshoe-shaped bar designed to feel warm and welcoming from every angle. The mid-century interiors that feel familiar from the moment you walk through the doors. Proper pub grub, cold beers and the kind of atmosphere that makes the city feel a little smaller.
