Marking the inaugural chapter of No35's From the Maker Series, join us for an intimate evening of contemporary French dining as we welcome acclaimed Chef Philippe Mouchel for an exclusive collaborative dinner alongside Executive Chef John Savage.

A continuation of their long-standing culinary friendship, the evening will showcase a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu shaped by refined French technique, seasonal Australian produce, and contemporary elegance - each course paired with wines from Mosaique Wines.

Together, we have sponsored 10 beehives across Melbourne, supporting more than 400,000 bees and producing a year’s supply of honey served at our breakfast buffet and Weekend High Tea.
