Today we’re celebrating a pretty special milestone..
10 years of our Head Chef Dave! 🎉👏
A whole decade of being the first one through the door in the morning and somehow still the last one to leave at night. Your work ethic, loyalty and dedication are second to none, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful.
Over the last 10 years you’ve helped grow Union Kitchen into what it is today, but somewhere along the way you stopped being “the Head Chef” and became part of the family. You came to our wedding, we came to yours, and you’ve watched us become parents to two beautiful boys.
You’ve patiently turned my random “I’ve got an idea…” meal requests into actual dishes, survived Gary’s “constructive feedback” and somehow managed to smile through it all.
Union Kitchen simply wouldn’t be what it is without you. Your fingerprints are on every part of this business, and we’re incredibly lucky to have had you by our side for the past decade.
It’s been an absolute privilege to work alongside you, and we’re looking forward to squeezing at least another 10 years out of you… or whatever you’ve got left in the tank! 😂
