n 1979 so when time came to rebuild, the members of the club voted to create a sophisticated world class venue that would take advantage of the position but always retain the essence of what has endearlingly become known as ‘Australian beach culture’, relaxed, informal and fun, we think they achieved the goal, you be the judge! From morning to night there’s plenty to do. Pop in for a break, enjoy a cappuccino and relax on the deck, or if an ice cold pot of beer or wine is your choice you’ll find a fine selection to meet the occasion. Have a dabble on the Mini TAB or Keno. Join friends on the deck, morning noon or night. There’s live entertainment every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights as well as Sunday afternoons. All this and more is waiting for you at the Surf Club on the deck.
