We’re Hiring! ☕ Barista & Café All-Rounder (Permanent Part-Time)

Love coffee? Thrive in a fast-paced café? We’d love to hear from you!

Morpeth Milk Bar is looking for a Permanent Part-Time Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our friendly team, with an immediate start available.

About the role:

* Preparing quality coffee with consistency and care
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Taking orders and operating the POS
* Food preparation and basic kitchen duties
* Keeping the café clean, organised and well presented
* Working as part of a supportive team

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has barista experience and can confidently make a range of coffees
* Is reliable, motivated and has a positive attitude
* Enjoys working in a busy environment
* Has excellent communication and customer service skills
* Is available to work weekdays and weekends

If you’re passionate about great coffee and creating a welcoming experience for our customers, we’d love to meet you!

Unfortunately, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to close tommorow due to multiple unexpected staff emergency’s.

As a small business, these situations can sometimes be unavoidable, and rather than provide anything less than the quality and service you expect from us, we’ve chosen to close for the day.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding. Your continued support means so much to our team.
