Every now and then a flavour comes along that makes me question whether we should even bother making anything else.
This is that flavour.
Creamy roasted banana gelato. Bright, tart strawberry coulis. Crunchy Biscoff chunks scattered all the way through.
The balance is ridiculous.
Too rich? The strawberry fixes it. Too tart? The banana fixes it. Need crunch? Biscoff understood the assignment.
I've eaten an embarrassing amount of this and I regret absolutely nothing.
