Based in O'Connor, Western Australia, Rubra Coffee is an Artisan Coffee Roaster and Tea Importer with a presence in both the retail and wholesale cafe/restaurant market. We also operate a drive through take away coffee outlet called "Rubra on the Go!", located just down from our roastery at 180 Carrington St, Hilton (entrance off Hughes St).

But coffee goes much deeper than that.

Different species and varieties shape how a coffee tastes, how it grows, and how it’s processed. From the higher acidity and complexity of Arabica to the intensity of Robusta, each one brings something different to the cup.

Then there are varieties like Typica and Bourbon, which form the foundation of many coffees, and others like Geisha, known for more delicate, expressive profiles.
Even lesser-known types like Liberica and Excelsa add their own distinct character, often showing up in blends or niche lots.
