'Mee goreng mamak' indeed is our specialty. It is a type of stir-fried noodle dish sold at mamak eateries in Malaysia and Singapore.

Here at Insan's, we stir-fry our noodles over very high heat with our special paste and you can make a request on the level of spiciness you are comfortable with.
