This was something different. The bride and groom requested just the toppers. Photos were given of the bride and Groom to be along with their dog to join them on top of the cake. Figures give the finished cake a more personal feel. You can also keep them for years if stored properly.

I made this cake for a 40th birthday. The pink explosion was so fun to make. The customer supplied their own doll which was added upon drop off. The cakes were chocolate with ganache, sponge with strawberry ganache and chocolate with strawberry ganache. A taste explosion on each level.

These little cuties were so fun to make. That sat upon a chocolate mud cake covered in fondant. The volcano was a red velvet cake with modelling chocolate cover. Each figure was 10cm to 14cm at their longest points. The cake was finished with fondant decorations and a fondant number 5. Everything was edible even the dinosaurs.

Happy Easter! These sugar cookies were from an Easter biscuits class I taught yesterday. I made most of the cutters with 3D printing and I used acrylic stamps to make the impression in the icing. I drew these up and etched them using a laser. If you want a custom cutter or stamp made, get in touch. I'm happy to help.

Last weekend we celebrated my youngest first birthday. We had a simple style cake. It was a sword (Excalibur) rising up from the lake. The inside were layers of chocolate and vanilla cake with a chocolate mousse filling and a strawberry crunch to finish it off. Very tasty!
