For one night only, guests will indulge in a specially curated banquet menu by Papi Katsu Chef Shane Middleton, showcasing Pardoo Wagyu across snacks, shared entrées, mains, and dessert thoughtfully paired with premium Japanese whisky pours and considered wine pairings.
